valentines day in islamic history;

NO doubt, we are living in the era of mordernization,OFCOURSE its 21st centuary, basically as few of us knows the origination of valentines day BUT no body knows what does it really means? from where it came? to whom we are giving tribute ? all what we know is romance in numerous ways. TOday our young generation of muslims and our all nation has deeply got involved with out being aware of reality , they use to celeberate it so excitedly and passionately that its really tough to imagine that ARE WE REALLY MUSLIMS? BUT WHY??? its happening? why are we imitating the others. as 14th feb, approaches many of us gets ready and make ourselves prepare to express our feelings and emotions we waste our time and money in purchasing of ridiculous things and useless too such as HEART SHAPE CARDS, RED BALLOONS, ROSES, CANDIES and so on..... EVEN FOR A second , why dont we think and consider about its significances?? that why have we become dependant on just ONE day ? its a big question!.
Have we forgot the sunnahs ? our holy prophet (p.b.u.h) use to celebrate just 2 eids and his companions followed him then why are we not doing the same ? young boys and girls use to wait for valentines day and to express their feelings to beloved ones. islam is a complete code of life, a perfect and absolute religion. islam needs no such inventions and innovations or man_made legislations. why do we need just one day to make ourself clear. love is not bound it is beyond the limitations. if we love some one we should express our love and our self any time we dont have to wait for such artificial day cause, every minute, every second , every moment is made for love and respect, if we truly loves some one than we should love it by heart, nowadays it has become a trend to celebrate it by wasting alots of money by doing like this what do the people tries to prove? being muslim we should eliminate this day from our life as in our religion is already made of love,purity,humbleness, and respect. so, we dont need such kind of USELESS, MAN CREATED, TREACHEROUS AND IMMORAL DAY! and thats none other than VALENTINES DAY.
